Drupal 7 core does do css/js aggregation but this.... Super duper CSS/JS thingamabob. Check the project page. Too many features to list here.

A must learn module: "This module augments Views by allowing bulk operations to be executed on the displayed rows. It does so by showing a checkbox in front of each row, and adding a select box containing operations that can be applied. Drupal Core or Rules actions can be used."

Uses https://www.projecthoneypot.org/ to prevent spam. I haven't used it, but it comes pretty highly recommended by others. Use http:BL with Honeypot and possibly Mollom for ultimate spam protection.
